How do I make a withdrawal?

To withdraw money from your account simply call our Hotline, 08714 247 247, and press option 5 in the main menu to make a withdrawal. Alternatively go through to the customer services department by calling the hotline and selecting option 2. You can also make a withdrawal online by clicking the "Withdrawal" button within the "My Account" section of the site. To action a bank withdrawal online you will need your Bank Withdrawal Activation Key, which is sent to your postal address as part of your welcome pack. This code cannot be sent in any other way.

Your withdrawal will be dealt with on the next working day and you should receive your payout cheque or bank transfer usually within 3–5 working days. However we cannot be held responsible in the event of Royal Mail delaying delivery.
